stand-alone DOS/Windows systems, hardware and devices not
connected or networked to a Unix/Linux/Xenix, BTOS/CTOS or PC-based
LAN system, the hourly labor rate will be $15 per quarter-hour
or fraction thereof, with service provided in our shop on a
depot basis only. The minimum charge will be $35.
If the
customer chooses on-site instead of depot service, the hourly
labor rate will be $25 per quarter-hour or fraction thereof.
The minimum charge will be $100.
For
telephone support involving any type of system or application,
the hourly labor rate will be $35 per quarter-hour or fraction
thereof. The minimum charge will be $50.
