This sanctioned affiliation enables us integrate the full line of Microsoft OEM System Builder products into the computers we build for consumers and businesses.  These official Microsoft products include hardware devices, operating systems and application solutions.

The relationship with Microsoft also gives our hardware and software staff access to technical support and training resources of the highest caliber.  This helps us provide you expert service and assistance when you need it -- in our in-store service department, by telephone or via e-mail.

OEM software is economical, efficient and advantageous to the computer purchaser for three strategic reasons:

• Your cost for OEM software is less because we buy it in bulk OEM packs instead of flashy but expensive individual retail packaging.
  
• The OEM software you select is pre-installed and tested by our technicians on any custom-built computer you purchase from from us.
  
• The third reason is the most important of all:  Unlike the typical chain store or mail order firm, we won't just brush you off by giving you an "800" number to a distant manufacturer when you face the inevitable hardware failure or software problem.  The very nature of being an authorized Microsoft OEM System Builder means we have the facilities and capabilities in-house to assist you with any equipment or software problem you experience.

Special Requirements and Licensing Terms for Microsoft OEM System Builder Products*:

• Microsoft OEM System Builder Hardware Products may be purchased only with a new computer system.
• Microsoft OEM System Builder Operating Systems may be purchased only with a motherboard, hard drive, bare-bones system or complete system. If distributed with a complete system, it must be preinstalled by the CyberEast technical staff using the Microsoft Windows pre-installation Wizard.
• Microsoft OEM System Builder Applications may be purchased only with a new computer system.
